Northwest Freeway Municipal Utility District has contracted with Texas Pride as the new waste collection vendor. The new garbage collection service will go into effect May 1st, and Texas Pride will begin delivering the new bins the last week of April. Collection days will be Wednesday and Saturday, with the Garbage pickup time starting at 6:30 AM. For more information, see the welcome letter provided to residents.
The last day for trash pickup from the previous provider, Republic Waste Services, will be Thursday April 28th. Republic Waste Services will also be collecting the empty bins and taking them back to their facilities. After your last trash pickup, please leave the empty Republic bins at your curb for retrieval. Republic will retrieve bins will be over three days:
- Thursday, April 28th
- Friday, April 29th
- Saturday, April 30th
